Most greens will last for over a week, but keep best in the refrigerator.
Cooked greens freeze well. Freeze any that you don’t need. After several servings, there is usually enough to serve without buying.
Feel free to mix-and-match greens. You can even add cooked kale.
You can add cooked, chopped greens to soup.
